Criteria

General Application Requirements:

• Applicant must view the property in person
• Minimum credit score of 620
• 2.5 X’s the monthly rent in monthly gross income
• Verifiable rental history
• Anyone over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application
• $20 application processing fee per applicant (non-refundable)
• $30.00 Credit/background check fee per applicant (non-refundable)

Along with the application, please provide the following:

• Last 2 months of paystubs
• Documentation of any other verifiable income
• Photo ID
